報名所需遞交之文件

Please submit the following documents with the Online Application  請於網上報名時一併提交以下文件:

  •    Completed Online Application form 已填妥的網上報名表格
  •    Copy of ID Card / travel document 參賽者身份證明文件副本
  •    Video link on YouTube/ Youku/ Google Drive 視頻連結
  •    Payment Receipt of the Application Fee 報名費銀行轉帳收據副本

* For Overseas Contestants, all handling fees incurred in the bank transfer payment must be paid by the Contestant.  海外參賽者透過銀行轉賬繳付報名費時，如需手續費，需由參賽者自付

* A copy of the bank transfer receipt must be submitted with the application.  請將銀行轉帳收據副本連同報名表格遞交

* Contestants will receive an automatic Confirmation Email acknowledging the Online Application submission. Please also check your spam mail folder in case you miss the email.  參賽者遞交報名表格及所需文件後，將收到一封確認電子郵件. 

PayPal  (for non-Hong Kong Contestants only 僅適用於非香港參賽者) 

Non-Hong Kong contestants may pay via PayPal. To receive a payment link, submit a request by WhatsApp +852 51776751 or by email info@premiafestival.com. A 5% service fee will be charged in addition to the competition fee. 

非香港參賽者可使用 PayPal 付款。欲獲取 付款連結，請透過 WhatsApp +852 51776751 或電子郵件 info@premiafestival.com 提出申請。所有 PayPal 付款將額外收取 5% 服務費。


For Applicants Under 18  (18 歲以下申請者須知)

Applicants who are under 18 years old must have this form completed by a parent or legal guardian. The parent/guardian’s email address and telephone number must be provided, as all official communication will be sent to the parent/guardian.

凡未滿18歲之申請者，本報名表必須由 家長或法定監護人 填寫。請提供 家長／法定監護人之電郵地址及聯絡電話，所有比賽通知僅發送給家長／法定監護人。
